About me

I’m a certified Expressive Arts Therapist with a multicultural heart and a deep belief in the healing power of creativity. My approach weaves together the arts, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to support people in reconnecting with their inner world. Whether through image, movement, sound, or storytelling, I offer a safe and playful space for clients to explore their emotions, navigate life transitions, and rediscover their authentic voice.

Trained at the CREATE Institute in Toronto, Canada, I completed a three-year program in Expressive Arts Therapy—an interdisciplinary approach that blends the creative process with body-based awareness and psychotherapeutic insight. Alongside this, I became a certified life coach, allowing me to integrate both expressive and goal-oriented tools into my work. After five years in Canada, I’ve made my home in Prague, where I offer online sessions to clients around the world. My own path of migration, creative exploration, and identity has deeply shaped my approach—I understand the beauty and complexity of navigating multiple worlds and the longing to feel truly at home in oneself.

I believe we are all inherently creative and that healing often begins when we give space to what words alone can’t express. Whether you're seeking support through a life transition, emotional overwhelm, or a longing for deeper authenticity, I offer a safe and playful space to explore your inner landscape—through image, movement, sound, and story.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Art therapyRecommended for those who feel more comfortable expressing emotions through creativity and want to explore their feelings through art rather than talking.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and intuitive, grounded in respect for your unique process and pace. In Expressive Arts Therapy, we believe that you are the expert of your own life—my role is not to give advice, but to offer tools, reflection, and safe space for your own discoveries. I often bring in simple neurobiological insights to help make sense of emotions and behaviors—not as labels, but as ways to understand how your nervous system is responding, and how we can gently work with it. Our work together can help you better understand your emotions and reconnect with yourself in a more embodied and meaningful way.

Sessions may include art-making, movement, a journey through the imagination, writing, or sound—depending on what you feel drawn to in the moment. There is no right or wrong in the creative process; you don’t need artistic experience. Creative expression can become a bridge to parts of you that may be hard to reach with words alone. We’ll begin by checking in, and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like—there’s no pressure to perform or produce anything. My work is also shaped by my own experience of navigating life transitions, including motherhood and redefining my path.

I welcome neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people navigating cross-cultural or marginalized identities. This is an inclusive, affirming space where you can be as you are — without pressure to explain, fix, or prove anything.
