Native English-speaking therapist and fellow expat. I help high-functioning people struggling with anxiety, overthinking and perfectionism using practical CBT tools, IFS, and a mind–body approach.
As a fellow expat who has lived in Switzerland, the UK, the Netherlands, and Czechia, I love working with international clients navigating life across cultures.
I particularly enjoy working with clients experiencing:

I especially welcome clients struggling with:

*I am not a medical doctor, but study these topics to better understand mental health experiences connected to medical/chronic illness.
Therapy with me tends to be thoughtful, curious, and collaborative — with space for both deep reflection and practical tools.
My core clinical training is in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), an evidence-based, structured, and goal-oriented approach, that helps identify and change patterns in thoughts, emotions and behavior. It is very effective for specific issues related to anxiety (general, social, health).
For more complex or long-standing issues, I also draw from other therapeutic approaches including:
Together we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
We will set goals and frequently review progress so that you can see and feel positive changes as soon as possible.
Between sessions I will provide practical, targeted exercises and reflections designed to consolidate your learning and accelerate progress. Over time you will build a toolkit of skills and resources that you can use independently.
