As a fellow expat who has lived in Switzerland, the UK, the Netherlands, and Czechia, I love working with international clients navigating life across cultures.
I particularly enjoy working with clients experiencing:
- high-functioning anxiety (general, health, social)
- stress and burnout
- perfectionism / high standards
- people-pleasing
- inability to rest, relax or switch off
- a strong sense of responsibility
- chronic illness / autoimmune issues (histamine intolerance, MCAS, POTS)*
- women's health (PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, menopause)*
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in the science of the mind-body connection. I regularly study areas such as:
- neuroscience
- stress physiology
- the gut-brain connection
- hormonal health
- immunity and inflammation
- the nervous system
I integrate insights from these fields into therapy to better understand how psychological and physical processes interact.
I also have a particular interest in women’s health. My master’s thesis explored the relationship between menstrual cycle phases and mood in women — an area that remains under-researched yet deeply relevant for many people’s mental wellbeing.
I especially welcome clients struggling with:
- premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
- premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)
- premenstrual exacerbation (PME)
