Hi! Welcome! My name is Sanja Matijaš.
I am licensed English-speaking psychologist in Croatia (have Master's Degree in Psychology), Neuro-linguistic Programming Master and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Practitioner.
In my practice I use methods and techniques from different approaches I'm certified in or am currently studying , depending on clients needs. Through my work I am dedicated to build quality relationship with my clients and focus on your needs, goals and potentials.
I strongly believe every person has needed resources to deal with challenging situations and my job is to support you through the process of finding your resources and building new skills which will bring you wellbeing and fulfilment.

I see you through holistic prism: I respect your mind, your emotions, your body, your soul. In the therapeutic process I support you to become aware of these components and connect with them so you find your own resources to cope with current difficulties.
I mainly use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and MBCT (Mindfulness based cognitive therapy) techniques to lead you through your process of thinking, your emotions and body sensations.
Through our work you will become aware of your subconscious and its manifestations in your life. Therefore you will learn how to reprogram your subconscious mind and live fully aware of your presence in every moment, deliberately choosing your options.
