I hold a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Lusófona and a postgraduate specialization in Clinical and Health Psychology, with advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy from Instituto CRIAP.
Over the years, I’ve worked across different contexts — from community support and education to organizational well-being. Currently, I divide my time between private clinical practice and teaching psychology and sociology in professional schools.
Alongside my clinical and teaching work, I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy, where I explore the intersections between technology, human development, and spirituality. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, which has been a long-standing passion and a source of balance in my life.
My approach is grounded in human connection, structure and meaning — always aiming to promote personal growth, emotional resilience and authentic well-being.
