I work with women navigating conception, pregnancy, and postpartum transitions, integrating neuroscience through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. My work focuses on how to best adjust to the emotional and cognitive shifts that often accompany motherhood, including mood, anxiety, anger, mental load and mom brain.
I practice within Bergeseen Group, an international women’s mental health practice serving clients worldwide.
