I find that therapeutic process creates a safe space where inner experience, relationships, and emotional patterns can be explored at one’s own pace.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I continue my professional development as a psychoanalyst and psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and I am also training in parent–infant psychoanalytic interventions. This background supports my interest in how early experiences and emotional relationships interact with present-day psychological factors.
I have been working as a psychologist since 2019 and have experience in different settings, including an adolescent center, a family-focused psychology practice, hospital work, and private practice. In addition to individual therapy, I am developing therapeutic work that uses tabletop role-playing games as a structured and creative way to support self-exploration, when appropriate and agreed upon together.
I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Each person comes with their own experiences, relationship patterns, and current life circumstances, and the therapeutic work needs to be shaped individually. For me, the foundation of therapy is the working relationship itself, which is built gradually through trust, openness, and collaboration. My approach is based on psychoanalytic and psychodynamic principles, which allow us to explore not only current difficulties, but also the deeper patterns that influence them.
