About me
I am a clinical and health psychologist with a master's degree from the University of Latvia. In recent years, I have focused on issues of sexuality and relationships, offering consultations and educational sessions to enhance understanding and reduce societal stigmas and assumptions.
I use counseling methods based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. My aim is to help adults and adolescents tackle life's challenges in a straightforward and relatable way.
