Approach

Treatment Approaches
Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
My therapeutic style is relational, supportive, and grounded in Gestalt therapy, with a strong focus on awareness, emotional experience, and the quality of contact between therapist and client. I believe that meaningful change happens through a safe, consistent relationship where thoughts, emotions, bodily responses, and relational patterns can be explored in the present moment. I work primarily in a weekly format, as regularity supports depth, continuity, and sustainable progress. For individual therapy, sessions are typically held once a week and last 50 minutes. I support clients with anxiety, burnout, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress, especially during periods of change, high responsibility, or emotional overload. Short, well-defined concerns or focused goals can often be addressed within approximately 8–10 sessions. Deeper, long-standing patterns or relational themes usually require longer-term work, allowing space for gradual awareness, integration, and lasting change. When working with couples, I begin with an initial assessment phase to better understand both individual and relational dynamics. This usually includes one individual session with each partner, followed by a joint session where we clarify the main challenges, goals, and expectations and agree on a therapeutic plan. Couples sessions are also typically held on a weekly basis, supporting consistency and the development of new ways of relating and communicating. My approach integrates Gestalt therapy with elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy and metaphor-based work. I pay close attention to emotional processes, bodily signals, attachment patterns, and recurring relational cycles. When appropriate, I may suggest reflective exercises or recommend literature to support self-observation and insight between sessions. These are always optional and meant to complement, not replace, the therapeutic work. I aim to create a safe, confidential, and respectful space where clients can explore difficult experiences at their own pace. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to each client or couple, supporting greater emotional resilience, clearer self-understanding, and more satisfying relationships in both personal and professional life.

Experience

4 years in practice
I have been working with individual clients and couples for nearly 4 years, supporting them with a range of personal and relational challenges. My work focuses on anxiety, burnout, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, work-related stress, and developing healthier communication patterns. I also help clients explore long-standing relational or behavioral patterns, improve self-awareness, and build resilience in both personal and professional life.
