Your support on the road to recovery: whether you are stuck in a toxic relationship looking for a way out, suffering anxiety and are on a verge of burnout, or are struggling confined in your inner world: let me help you.
Come on in... the water is fine.
I work with individuals who are navigating the effects of toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, burnout, and other emotionally overwhelming life experiences. I also support adults with Asperger's syndrome (Autism Spectrum) and individuals with personality disorders who are motivated to develop greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and improved day-to-day functioning.
As a psychological counsellor and psychotherapist in training, I integrate Compassionate Inquiry, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, with William Glasser's Reality Therapy - Choice Theory.
My approach combines depth, curiosity, and practical structure, helping clients understand not only what they are experiencing, but why it developed and how meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.
Many of the people I work with are intelligent, capable individuals who have spent years adapting to difficult environments while losing touch with their own needs, emotions, or sense of identity. Others come because they feel trapped by recurring relationship patterns, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, low mood, or longstanding interpersonal difficulties. Whatever brings you to therapy, my aim is to provide a space where you can think clearly, feel understood without judgment, and gradually rebuild a stronger and more authentic relationship with yourself.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your individual circumstances. I value honesty, psychological depth, and practical progress equally. Rather than offering quick answers, I work alongside you to understand the underlying patterns that keep you stuck and to help you develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I am the founder of Ars Vivendi, a private therapeutic practice dedicated to psychological wellbeing, personal growth, and conscious living.
I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions remotely via Zoom, allowing clients from around the world to access consistent, confidential support from wherever they are.
If you feel that this approach resonates with where you are in your life, I would be pleased to hear from you.
I believe that meaningful psychological change happens when people feel genuinely understood rather than judged.
My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to help you understand how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, relate, and make choices today.
My approach is integrative, combining the depth of Compassionate Inquiry, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, with the practical, responsibility-focused principles of William Glasser's Choice Theory. Together, these approaches allow us to explore both the origins of emotional suffering and the possibilities for creating lasting change in the present.
Our work begins with curiosity.
Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we explore the underlying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck. Often, these patterns were once adaptive responses to challenging circumstances but no longer serve the life you want to live.
I offer a therapeutic space that is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. While I believe in exploring experiences with depth and compassion, I also value clarity, personal responsibility, and practical progress.
Therapy is not simply about understanding the past, it is about developing greater awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and the confidence to make choices that reflect who you are today rather than who you had to be to survive.
Every therapeutic relationship is unique.
Whether you are recovering from narcissistic abuse or another toxic relationship, navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, living with Asperger's syndrome, or working toward greater emotional and interpersonal functioning, our work is tailored to your individual needs, pace, and goals.
As a psychological counsellor and psychotherapist in training, I am committed to providing a confidential, respectful, and professionally grounded environment where meaningful change can take place.
All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom, making it possible to work together wherever you are while maintaining the depth, continuity, and privacy that effective therapy requires.
