About me

I hold a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from PUC-Rio, with extensive experience in treating ADHD, anxiety, procrastination, and productivity-related concerns. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to help thousands of clients both in Brazil and internationally, combining evidence-based psychology with insights from neuroscience to foster lasting changes.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am actively involved in academia as a professor and researcher, collaborating with prestigious institutions such as King's College London and the University of Birmingham. This blend of clinical experience and research ensures my approach remains current, effective, and scientifically robust.
