I help people navigate stress, anxiety, and life challenges through supportive, client-centered sessions. My approach is constructive, warm, empathetic, and focused on building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am a CBT practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and over 5 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, intrusive thoughts, and PTSD. My approach is both professional and deeply human. I came to psychology not only through academic interest, but also through personal experience with depression. CBT helped me rebuild my relationship with my thoughts and emotions, and this allows me to truly understand what it feels like when things seem overwhelming, stuck, or hopeless. Expats are a big part of my clientele. As an expat myself, I understand how challenging it can feel to live in a place where you don’t fully belong. I’ve personally gone through periods of anxiety, uncertainty, and fear — navigating a new environment, adapting, and trying to find stability far from what feels familiar. It hasn’t been an easy path, but through this journey, I’ve developed both personal and professional tools to manage these experiences. Today, I use this experience, together with my background in psychology and CBT-based approaches, to support other expats who may be going through similar difficulties. If you are struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of not belonging, you’re not alone — and these challenges can be understood and worked through. My goal is to help you build clarity, emotional stability, and a stronger sense of grounding, even in a new and unfamiliar environment. In our work together, I don’t aim to “fix” you. Instead, I help you understand yourself — your patterns, reactions, and the inner mechanisms that keep you stuck. We work in a clear, structured way using practical CBT tools that you can apply in your daily life between sessions. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted by constant anxiety, tension, or inner emptiness. Together, we work toward building emotional stability, self-understanding, and a kinder relationship with yourself. I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore difficult thoughts and feelings, move at your own pace, and gradually experience real, lasting change. I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and continually developing my skills to provide effective, meaningful support. I work with clients in Russian, English, and Armenian.
My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work in a structured yet flexible way, combining practical tools with a supportive, collaborative relationship. In our sessions, we explore patterns that may be maintaining anxiety, low mood, or emotional distress, and gradually develop new ways of responding that feel more helpful and sustainable. I aim to make the process clear and accessible, so that the tools we use can be applied in everyday life between sessions. As A. Beck, the founder of CBT, said: “The way people interpret situations influences how they feel and behave.”
I have over 5 years of experience working with people dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, burnout, and intrusive thoughts. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or exhausted from constant tension or inner pressure. Together, we work to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and find practical ways to feel more stable, calm, and in control. I use CBT-based tools in a clear, structured way, while also creating a supportive space where you can speak openly and feel understood. My goal is to help you make sense of your experience and gradually build a more balanced and manageable emotional state.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi in Rome, Italy.
