Now I am continuing my studies in a master's degree in cognitive neuroscience. I am very interested in how the human brain works, and how this knowledge can help to better understand behavior, emotions and internal conflicts. I live and work in an international environment, conducting sessions in Russian and English. I respect cultural and personal differences, and I believe it is important to adapt therapy to your context, and not the other way around.
In my work, I rely on the cognitive-behavioral approach - this is a scientifically proven method that helps to understand how our thoughts, feelings and actions are connected, and what of this can be gradually changed. We will look for what exactly works for you, relying on practice and a healthy dose of self-curiosity. If you decide to come, we will work together to understand what is important to you, at the pace and depth that suits you.
