I’m a licensed and nationally certified professional counselor with educational background in counseling with concentration in work with families, couples and marriages. I specialize in work with adolescent, young adults, parents, and couples who face variety of issues related to loneliness, conflicts in relationships, difficulties with transition, parenting, anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

I am passionate about healing, exploration and self-discovery. There are not enough places where one can come to breath or just be. Starting therapy can feel hard and overwhelming. I seek to create a genuinely accepting and free of judgment atmosphere that will allow my clients to examine emotional concerns, relationship issues, trauma and loss. I see counseling as a collaborative relationship that guides clients towards the path to self-awareness and empowerment. Life can feel overwhelming and difficult at times. I am here for you to feel heard and validated.
