I am a psychologist with 9 years of counselling experience. I am motivated to help my clients process their experiences, learn to cope with their situation, and find balance on their journey towards happiness. It is extremely important to both immediate well-being and long-term improvements of life quality and fulfillment. I work in holistic approach to mental health, meaning that in therapy we take every facet of client's personality and environment into account. I use only evidence-based therapeutic methods (primarily, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)) to guide my clients in their journey towards better mental health.
