My therapeutic style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in empathy. I work from the belief that a strong, genuine connection between client and therapist is central to growth. I take time to understand not just what you’re going through, but how it feels for you, so we can move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I integrate evidence-based tools with a warm, grounded presence, helping clients explore emotions, patterns, and challenges with both clarity and compassion. My goal is to support you in gaining insight, strengthening your coping skills, and developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
Above all, I create a space where you don’t have to hide, perform, or be “fine.” Together, we focus on what matters most to you – whether that’s navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, ADHD, Autism, identity questions, relationships, or just the complexities of everyday life.
If you feel that my approach may resonate with you, I encourage you to book a free initial session. In this session, we will explore who you are, what you are currently struggling with, and what you would like to get out of therapy. Additionally, you get a feel for my approach and an opportunity to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have.
Are you dissatisfied with something, or do you have a complaint about my care? I would be happy to discuss this with you and look for a solution.
If you do not want to or are unable to discuss the complaint with me, or if you would like independent support in this matter, please contact Klachtenportaal Zorg (
