I work with individuals and families to better understand themselves, their relationships, and current challenges, offering a collaborative and supportive space tailored to each family’s unique needs.
I live in Taiwan and work as a clinical psychologist in a hospital, supporting individuals and families. I have a strong interest in CBT for insomnia, biofeedback, mindfulness, and relaxation-based approaches, and I have received professional training and certification in these areas.
In my work with adults, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for self-exploration, emotional support, and finding balance in everyday life. I also enjoy working with parents, integrating positive parenting principles into parent consultations to strengthen parent–child relationships. In addition, I offer practical parenting skills and guidance for families of children with developmental delays and autism.
I believe change begins with understanding, compassion, and feeling truly heard.
In our sessions, we will take time to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences, and how they may be affecting your sleep, emotions, and daily functioning. I work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you develop greater awareness and practical skills to cope with stress and emotional challenges.
I integrate approaches such as CBT for insomnia, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to support both emotional well-being and mind–body balance. For parents, I also incorporate positive parenting principles to help strengthen parent–child relationships and build confidence in everyday parenting situations.
My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported, whether you are seeking personal growth, emotional relief, or guidance in parenting. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
