I’m an MA psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in anxiety and complex trauma. I work with emotional patterns using a trauma-informed, CBT, and somatic approach.
I’m a Master Psychologist and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience as a university psychology lecturer, 10 years in private practice, and 10 years of working online with international clients. This has given me a deep understanding of how anxiety and emotional patterns are shaped across different cultures and life contexts.
I specialize in anxiety and complex trauma, with a focus on how emotional patterns are stored and expressed in both mind and body. If you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or a constant sense of being “on edge,” these are often learned nervous system responses, not random experiences.
In my work, I provide a safe, calm, and structured space where we work on both understanding and change. This is not only talk therapy—we actively focus on emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and practical tools for everyday life. I integrate CBT, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care to support lasting change: less reactivity, more stability, and a stronger sense of inner control.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
My therapeutic style is structured, grounded, and focused on both understanding and practical change. I work in a way that helps you slow down and notice what is happening internally, not only in your thoughts but also in your emotional and physical responses.
I don’t focus only on talking through problems. Instead, we work with patterns as they show up in real time—how you react, how your body responds, and how certain emotional states repeat. This includes building awareness of nervous system responses, emotional triggers, and the ways past experiences can still shape present reactions.
Sessions take place in a calm, safe, and steady space where we can explore what is difficult without pressure or judgment. At the same time, the work is active and practical—we focus on emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and tools you can use in everyday life to create more stability and control.
My goal is not only insight, but real and lasting change in how you experience yourself internally and in your daily life.
Over the years, I have worked with clients across different countries and cultures, both online and in person. Having lived abroad myself, I know how challenging relocation and life between cultures can be, and this experience allows me to connect closely with expats and international clients.
My professional training includes a Master’s degree in Psychology, a certification in Gestalt psychotherapy, and additional training in Integrative approaches. This combination allows me to adapt therapy to each individual—whether they need practical tools for managing stress or a deeper exploration of past wounds.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am a certified Gestalt and Integrative psychotherapist. In addition to my clinical practice, I am actively engaged in teaching psychology at the higher education level.
