As a trained medical doctor, specialist wellness counsellor, and coach with specialised postgraduate training in trauma through the Trauma Research Foundation, I bring a unique, holistic perspective to my practice: one that honours the profound connection between physical and mental well-being.
Together, we will explore how your past experiences shape your present, identify opportunities for meaningful change in the here and now, and help you reconnect with your core values, goals, hopes, and dreams. Through mindfulness practices and compassionate exploration, my aim is not just to help you build resilience and emotional flexibility, but to support you in truly thriving and flourishing.
With experience supporting clients through addiction, grief, disordered eating, trauma, mood concerns, relationship challenges, burnout, career transitions, and neurodivergence, I’m here to walk alongside you as you write your next chapter.
Over the past two years, I have provided 700+ hours of employee wellness counselling and coaching to clients from entry-level to C-suite. I work with high achievers, meaning-seekers, and neurodivergent adults- smart, capable people who look "fine" on the outside but feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from what matters.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and embodied practices (I'm also a certified yoga instructor). Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck and help you reconnect with what matters.
Not quick fixes. Just small, steady, mindful moves toward a life that feels like yours.
My approach is gentle, patient, and integrative, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, EmotionAid, and evidence-based behavioural techniques, all grounded in psychoeducation and a person-centred foundation. As a certified yoga practitioner, I also incorporate mindful, embodied practices that support healing and self-awareness. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, using tailor-made methods that respect your individual journey.
