I’m a clinical psychologist and coach helping people navigate career transitions, burnout, and meaning in life, integrating CBT, Logotherapy, and organizational experience into a grounded, practical process.
I’m a clinical psychologist (CRP: 03/17726) and coach, working primarily online with adults who are navigating work‑related stress, burnout, life transitions, and questions of meaning. I trained as a psychologist with specializations in logotherapy and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and completed a Master’s in Organizational Psychology in the United States, which allows me to connect personal suffering with the realities of contemporary workplaces and high‑pressure careers.
Over the past years, I have conducted more than 5,000 online sessions in Portuguese and English with clients from different countries and time zones. I also work as a speaker and facilitator, having delivered talks and workshops on burnout, purpose, psychological flexibility, and mental health at work. This combination of clinical work and teaching helps me translate psychological concepts into practical tools that people can actually use in their daily lives.
My clinical and coaching work is strongly influenced by logotherapy, cognitive‑behavioral therapy, and existential perspectives. I am especially interested in how people can find or reconstruct meaning when facing emptiness, disconnection, or major life and career changes, and how values and responsibility can become sources of freedom rather than additional pressure.
In our work together, I aim to combine deep exploration with clear structure. We usually start from what is happening in your life right now and then look at how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and environments interact to maintain stress, burnout, or a sense of disconnection. From CBT, I bring practical tools to identify patterns, test new behaviors, and develop self‑regulation skills. From logotherapy and existential perspectives, I bring a focus on meaning, values, freedom, and responsibility, especially when you are facing emptiness, transitions, or difficult choices about work and life.
My style is collaborative, active, and warm rather than strictly directive. I will usually offer questions, reflections, psychoeducation, and concrete exercises. Depending on your needs, we can work in a more goal‑oriented way (for example, recovering from burnout, regulating anxiety, or navigating a specific life or career decision) or in a more open‑ended process if you are re‑examining your direction, identity, or relationships. I pay attention both to your inner experience and to the realities of contemporary workplaces, so that insights from our sessions can be translated into realistic changes in your daily life.
Although we may touch on your past when it is helpful, our work is primarily oriented toward the future and who you want to become. I work mainly with adults who are dealing with work‑related stress, chronic overload, perfectionism, imposter feelings, and questions of meaning or purpose. Many of my clients are professionals, executives, or people in transition who feel “stuck” between external expectations and their own values. In our sessions, we explore how you can relate differently to pressure, uncertainty, and responsibility, building a life that feels more coherent and alive instead of just “performing” or “coping”. My intention is to offer a space where you can think honestly about your life, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and take concrete steps in that direction at a pace that is sustainable.
