The clients that find their way to me are often people of color looking to process and work through anxiety, depression, questions of sexuality and gender, burnout and stress, and concerns related to how they show up in the world as men. In my practice, I support teens, adults, and couples in unpacking, making sense of, and growing from their past and present life challenges. We work together to re-author limiting narratives, uncover hidden strengths, and build resilience.
My approach is psychodynamic, and I show up relationally, blending humor, warmth, and directness. I help clients explore how past experiences shape their present challenges, and we use what is uncovered and learned in sessions to chart a path forward.
As we work together, I will focus on empowering you through collaborative, person-centered therapy to foster greater self-awareness and growth. If you have questions or want to discuss working together, reach out in whatever way is most convenient for you, and let’s talk.
