Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Trauma Informed CareRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.
In therapy I use an integrative approach, with techniques from different psychological fields adapted to the needs of each patient. I am specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment- based therapy and systemic therapy. Throughout my professional life I have continued training in different techniques and psychological interventions, such as graphic projective techniques, emotional regulation techniques, treatment based on mentalization and psychotherapy in relational trauma, among others. I like to have a warm and close relationship with my patients, based on empathy, trust and understanding.
