About me

I am a clinical psychologist with more than 13 years of experience therapeutically supporting adults going through times of crisis, conflicts in their relationships, patterns that repeat themselves over and over again, and pain that sometimes cannot be expressed. My training includes postgraduate studies in psychoanalysis and a master's degree in clinical psychology. I work from an ethical, committed, and deeply human perspective, where the most important thing is to build a space of trust that allows you to speak without fear, without judgment, or without demands.

Throughout my career, I have accompanied many people who feel that, no matter how hard they try, they end up choosing the same relationships that hurt them, repeating behaviors they don't understand, or feeling trapped in difficult emotions such as anxiety, emotional dependence, or guilt. If you've ever wondered why it's so hard for you to let go of someone, why you feel so empty or confused in a relationship, or why it seems like your story is repeating itself in different ways, my work is aimed at helping you understand and transform these experiences.

My approach doesn't seek quick fixes or magic formulas. I work with time, listening and respecting your time and your story. Together, we can begin to understand what's happening to you from its roots, so you don't continue surviving on automatic or carrying what doesn't belong to you. My commitment is to help you find a new way of living your life: freer, more conscious, and more yours.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Trauma informed careRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.

My therapeutic style is based on psychoanalysis, with respectful, deep, and nonjudgmental listening. I work with adults who want to understand why they repeat certain patterns, why their relationships hurt them, or why, despite trying, they can't feel at peace with themselves. I don't offer prefabricated answers or quick advice: I believe in the value of stopping, listening to what hasn't been said, and making room for what has often been silenced for years. In our sessions, I offer you a safe space where you can speak freely, at your own pace, about what hurts, worries, or confuses you. A place where you don't need to justify what you feel or give hasty explanations. Sometimes, coming to an understanding of what's happening to us takes time. But in that time, if there's someone listening with you, real transformations can emerge. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you discover what you want, what you repeat, what you carry that isn't yours, and how you can begin to live differently.

I work a lot with people who have experienced toxic relationships, emotional dependencies, difficult breakups, addictions, or profound emotional pain. I know that these experiences often leave an invisible mark that profoundly affects self-esteem, desire, and the ability to trust oneself or others. Therefore, every process I guide is based on responsibility, ethical commitment, and total respect for your history, your time, and your decisions.

It doesn't matter if you've been in therapy before or if this is your first time: if you feel something isn't right, if you feel lost, or if you simply need to talk to someone who can support you emotionally and help you understand, I am here to listen. Therapy is not for the weak; it's for those who choose to know and care for themselves. And that first step, even if it doesn't seem like it, is already an act of courage.
