About me

I’m a nonbinary, queer, polyamorous, neurodivergent, and kinky therapist, and those identities shape how I show up in the room. I know what it’s like to sit with a therapist and wonder if they’ll really get your world. My practice is built so you don’t have to explain or shrink parts of yourself.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, kinky, and neurodivergent humans and relationships. My work focuses on trauma healing through Somatic EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, as well as relationship therapy for couples, triads, polycules, queerplatonic partners, and chosen family. Whether you’re navigating the weight of cisheteromononormativity, recovering from trauma, or seeking deeper connection in your relationships, you’ll find care here that honors all of you.

Clients can expect a mix of warmth, directness, and collaboration. I’ll celebrate your brilliance, sit with the hard stuff, and gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My style is trauma-informed, justice-forward, and practical, drawing from 13 years of professional experience as well as my lived experience in queer and non-monogamous communities.

Healing, to me, is both individual and collective. Together we’ll build tools for nervous system regulation, repair in relationships, and a life that feels more whole, connected, and unapologetically yours.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
EMDRRecommended for those dealing with trauma who want to process painful memories in a structured way to reduce their emotional impact.
Psychedelic integration therapyRecommended for those who have had psychedelic experiences and want help understanding and integrating the insights into their everyday life for personal growth and self-discovery.
Somatic experiencingRecommended for those who want to use the mind-body connection to address the effects of trauma and restore natural regulation of the nervous system.

My approach is collaborative and direct: I’ll listen deeply, reflect what I see, and gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck. Healing with me often includes building skills for nervous system regulation, repairing relationships, and creating space for joy and connection.

I draw from Somatic EMDR therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and relationship work inspired by the Gottman Method, adapted for queer and non-monogamous lives. With 13 years of experience and lived expertise, I bring tools and presence that support both deep healing and practical change.

To me, healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about reconnecting with your strength, your relationships, and the life you want to live.
