I am a psychologist with a background in both educational and clinical psychology, now based in Seville. My work focuses on supporting personal growth and mental health using third-generation therapies, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With training in these approaches, I aim to help individuals cultivate resilience and a sense of purpose, encouraging them to face life’s challenges with clarity and openness.
Previously, I worked as a psychotherapist at the NGO Por la Paz En La Familia in Lima, where I provided support to individuals at risk of social exclusion. This experience allowed me to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients achieve meaningful change, develop coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. My work in Lima reinforced my commitment to making mental health support accessible and impactful.
My therapeutic style is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focusing on mindfulness, acceptance, and committed action. I work collaboratively with clients to clarify their values and set meaningful goals, fostering resilience and well-being. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I encourage clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, empowering them to take ownership of their growth. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, helping them develop practical skills to navigate life’s challenges and live a fulfilling life.
