I'm a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist, a Certified Coach, and a facilitator of change. Over a decade of experience in therapy, I witnessed how clients redefine their difficulties as opportunities for positive growth. Especially in difficult times, cultivating motivation and activation are key moments for development. I assess and offer personalized therapeutic support, helping you better manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I have extensive experience in child and family therapy, working with families to improve communication and interpersonal relationships. Since 2020, I evolved into coaching practice as well as supporting leaders, business owners or individual contributions on their path to success. I have a personal story that could serve as a model for resilience and personal development as I have a physical disability that enhanced my drive for personal growth. Facing the limits of a wheelchair, I learned the most difficult lesson, of overcoming my limits. I am very proud of how I managed to continue my studies, get a job, and contribute fruitfully to society. Also, the way clients, either in therapy or coaching settings, cultivate their better selves and reach their goals has served as accomplishments that I enjoy and celebrate with them. I am proud that I can accompany clients in their lives and that I have a chance to learn along with them.
My approach is based on systemic thinking, accompanying clients not only as individuals but also as a part of a larger whole. Whatever emerges in our sessions is relevant to your unique situation. I encourage you to explore your insights and take responsibility for your growth, while also tapping into your inner resources. Together, we'll create a space for reflection, discovery, and practical solutions that can lead to meaningful change. And don't forget, a little humor can go a long way!
