I offer a warm, creative, and grounded space where you can safely explore your inner world, reconnect with your emotions, and rediscover your capacity for change and connection.
My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy, which means I focus on the “here and now” experience, body awareness, and the relational field between us. I invite you to become curious about how you move through the world — in thoughts, feelings, movement, and breath — and how old patterns may still be shaping your present.
In our work together, I pay close attention not only to what you say, but also to what your body tells us — a subtle sigh, a pause, a gesture, or a tight chest. I often integrate breathwork, creative expression (such as drawing or using imagery), and gentle body awareness to support deeper self-contact and emotional release when words alone are not enough.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” yourself, but about coming home to who you are — with kindness, presence, and compassion. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relational struggles, or a sense of disconnection, we can create a space where something new can emerge.
