About me
I am 43 years old, have lived all my life in Sofia, Bulgaria and feel that my rich life experience, combined with my empathy and intuition have given me the bigger part of the essence needed to be able to feel and support people in need. I also love art, it is part of my life on every level and I am a dog person:)

Approach
I have graduated at the University at Veliko Tarnovo as a counseling psychologist and currently I am studying at the Gestalt Institute in Sofia for a Gestalt therapist. The Gestalt approach is the one that fits my believes and personality because it is art related, non invasive and represents the simple act of being next to the client, supporting him during his journey, as much as he needs us, for as long as he needs us. The approach itself emphasizes on the awareness and the here and now, the need for us to stay connected with ourselves, our body, emotions and our gravity.
