What moves me most is watching people rediscover their sense of balance, empowering them and how they move forward with confidence in their personal journeys.
The core of my approach is seeing each person as unique, as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I offer an environment for an open dialogue, together we speak, share, feel, explore the bodily, emotional and mental dimensions and we open a space to explore new perspectives and approaches to the difficulties and questions of different situations, connecting with one's own inner wisdom and authenticity.
Today, as a Gestalt Therapist, I offer support to individuals and couples navigating the difficulties, challenges, and a wide range of life transitions:
* midlife transitions, loss and grief, separation or divorce,
* changing careers or moving between countries, stress and burn-out,
* menopause, psychosomatic disease, people with MS.
I am especially interested and deeply passionate in the field of women's well-being and people with chronic disease as Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our changing body through menopause, aging or chronic illness shape our interactions with the world and how we connect with ourselves. It challenges us to seek new way of well-being and to make new lifestyle choices.
I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian to accommodate diverse backgrounds.
Beyond my work in therapy, I have extensive experience in management roles within large international companies and living in Spain for several years. This background gave me understanding of living in high demanding environment that requires high performance and could lead to exhaustion and burn-out. It also gave me opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
When not working directly, I can be found either reading books, forest bathing, or practicing Qi Gong or Yoga.
