Thank you for being here. If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, feel free to message me and book a free 30-minute discovery call. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space where we can get to know each other.
There have been times in my own life when I felt lost, insecure and unsure of what was right for me.
I have experienced difficult and unhealthy relationships, struggled with my self-esteem, and spent time questioning my own worth and wondering whether I was making the right choices.
Over time, through my own personal journey and then my professional training, I learned that change does not happen by simply telling ourselves to “be stronger” or “think positively”. It begins with understanding ourselves, recognising our patterns, listening to our needs and learning to make different choices.
Today, I am in a stable and fulfilling relationship, and my partner and I have also experienced the challenges of moving to Switzerland and building a life in a new country. I therefore understand, not only professionally but also personally, how complex expat life and major life transitions can be: leaving behind what is familiar, rebuilding your sense of belonging, adapting to a new environment and sometimes questioning who you are in the process.
This is also why I believe so strongly in the value of having a safe space where you can stop, reflect and be heard.
As a Counsellor, Coach and Couples Counsellor, I offer a warm and welcoming space where you can slow down, make sense of what is happening, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
My goal is not to tell you what you should do. Instead, I help you explore your thoughts, emotions, needs and patterns so that you can gain greater clarity and make choices that feel authentic to you.
I work particularly with people going through life transitions, relationship changes, difficulties with self-esteem and moments of uncertainty.
Whether you are trying to understand what you really want, move forward after the end of a relationship, stop settling for relationships that no longer fulfill you, strengthen your self-esteem, navigate the challenges of expat life, or build healthier relationships, our work can become a space where you can understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change.
I don't believe you need to have everything figured out before asking for support. Sometimes, you simply need a safe place to begin.
In my work, I combine Gestalt Therapy and Coaching. Gestalt Therapy helps us pay attention to what is happening in the present moment — your emotions, thoughts, body sensations and ways of relating. Coaching can bring a more focused and action-oriented perspective, helping you clarify your goals and identify the steps that can move you forward.
Above all, I want you to feel welcomed, heard and respected
Couples counselling
Relationships can bring some of our deepest joys, but also some of our greatest challenges. In couples sessions, I offer a neutral and supportive space where both partners can feel heard and where you can explore the patterns that have developed between you.
We can work on communication, recurring conflicts, emotional disconnection, boundaries, trust and the desire to build a healthier relationship.
The aim is not simply to decide who is right or wrong, but to understand what is happening between you and what each of you needs in order to relate differently.
Our first step is a free 30-minute introductory call. This gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss what brings you here and see whether my approach feels right for you.
In individual sessions, we will explore what is happening in your life and identify what you would like to understand, change or move towards. Some sessions may focus more on exploration and emotional awareness, while others may be more focused on goals, decisions and practical steps forward.
For couples, sessions last 75 minutes, giving both partners enough space to express themselves and for us to explore the relationship dynamic together.
There is no need to have everything figured out before you start. We can begin exactly where you are.
I have been guiding individuals and couples through personal and relational growth, helping them build healthier and more conscious relationships. My experience combines counseling techniques and deep listening with practical tools to improve communication, enhance self-esteem, and develop greater emotional awareness.
I have worked with people navigating crises, major life transitions, or difficult decisions, supporting them in gaining clarity and inner well-being.
My approach is empathetic, person-centered, and emphasizes the body as a resource to reconnect with authentic needs. I believe every individual has the inner resources to transform their life: my role is to provide the space, questions, and tools to help that inner strength emerge, ensuring that every step toward change is supported and conscious.
