I approach my practice with a warm and empathetic attitude. I believe that only through the unconditional acceptance of each individual can they fully express their needs. I believe in a balanced approach and have a graceful attitude. I try to live by the motto: “Be the best person that you can be.” Having worked in various multi-cultural contexts, I practise meeting clients where they are and holding space for their healing. Through this, I prioritise helping each client take the steps towards the life-long journey of reaching their full potential while recognising that mental health and emotional well-being are not static, nor is progress linear.
I use a Person-centered approach, making you the expert on your life and I am here to facilitate and guide you through this journey towards healing. I prioritise making you feel seen, heard and welcomed with a lot of grace. I am a BWRT(BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) level 1 practitioner and obtained the I2we Using Play as Means to Emotional Well-being. BWRT presents an entirely new view of the subconscious mind and covers the treatment for various psychological issues, including PTSD, C-PTSD anxiety, phobias, and self-worth problems.
