My basis is Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy and I work mostly with young adults and adults. However, my graduation was very integrative, which allowed me to open the horizons to another approaches, such as ACT, and emotion-focused therapy.
I have an extensive experience in the area of addictions and extreme situations. I have also training in psychological intervention in disaster situations.
