About me

I’m passionate about supporting adults from all walks of life on their journey toward self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. With over 25 years of experience in various support roles, and working internationally with clients as a therapist since 2017, I bring a wealth of insight, compassion, and practical guidance to our work together.

I hold an MSc in Psychology of Child Development, a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and am a qualified clinical supervisor. I am also an Applied EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. My approach blends humanistic therapy with tools such as The Connections Model (exploring the link between body, mind, emotions, and soul), mindfulness, IFS, inner child work, and compassion-focused methods.

I specialise in helping clients with:

Building self-confidence and empowerment Navigating life transitions and the challenges of expat life Setting healthy boundaries in relationships Working with shame, guilt, and self-criticism Developing self-compassion and spiritual growth

Every client’s journey is unique, and I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, grow, and transform at your own pace.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Emotional freedom techniqueEmotional Freedom Technique is an alternative healing modality that involves tapping with fingers on specific points on the body while concentrating on a particular issue or emotion.
IFS: Internal family systemsRecommended for those who want to explore and heal the different parts of themselves that might feel conflicted or overwhelmed.
MindfulnessMindfulness is the process of maintaining a purposeful moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surrounding environment.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.
Solution-focused therapyRecommended for those who want quick, practical solutions to their problems without focusing too much time on the past.

Over the years, my way of working has evolved into a flexible, client-centred approach that recognises we are all unique. Rather than following a single method, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tools, and techniques, tailoring our work to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

At the heart of my work is the belief that a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship can be a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and positive change. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and aspirations at your own pace.

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult period, looking to deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your sense of self, or invest in your personal growth and development, we can work together to help you gain greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. Therapy isn't only about overcoming difficulties; it can also be a space to better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and create the life and relationships you want.

Clients often describe me as kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. My hope is that you will feel accepted, understood, and supported throughout our work together.
