I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex, where I also completed a postgraduate diploma in Psychodynamic Counseling. Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nicosia.
With a diverse educational background, I try to combine various therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of psychological needs. My training equips me to provide tailored support, focusing on the unique challenges and goals of each individual.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the Integrative Model, which blends techniques from Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This model allows for flexibility in addressing various client needs, whether exploring deep-seated emotional issues or developing practical strategies for managing daily stressors. I believe in creating a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.
