I came to psychology after 20 years in business, I combine my life experience of management work and psychological knowledge in my work.
When I realised that I had reached my ceiling in my marketing career, I decided to change my life and started to realise my childhood and youthful dream of becoming a psychologist. In addition to feeling needed by people, it was also important to me to become independent from employers, bosses and corporate structures.
I had lived in Russia for most of my life, but working for international corporations and travelling a lot shaped my worldview.
I work in the Gestalt approach and consider it the best approach for solving existential problems - when you want to somehow change your life as a whole, not just solve specific problems.
I have completed a Master's degree in Psychology and am a certified therapist in the Gestalttherapy. I received my education in Russia, now I live in Germany and am a member of the German psychological community.
Because of my migrant background, I actively work with clients who are also experiencing this.
