Originally from South Africa, I’m a globally-experienced psychologist with a master’s degree from the International Psychoanalytic University of Berlin.

My practice revolves around navigating change, using evidence-based practices to help individuals explore the challenges that accompany certain phases of life. My own life’s challenges have equipped me to assist others during their difficult times. My holistic approach emphasizes balance in Mental, Emotional, Physical, Social, and Spiritual aspects of life.
