General: I am 32 years old, Estonian with Belarussian roots.
Career: I started legal and conflict-resolution counseling and I always preferred alternative disputes over conflict escalation. When I switched to work in the ethics and compliance department of a large corporation, in 2018, I took an additional path to counseling and studying Gestalt psychotherapy.
Personal: I love triathlon and participated in 4 full marathons. My goal is to train mentally and physically to participate in Ironman one day. I love animals and own a cat (my co-therapist at the home office for offline clients). I also value my support team - family, friends, and colleagues - all these people who bring and support the adventures life gives me. My constant interest is self-development on physical, mental, social, and community levels. As much as life gives me, I want to give back in various forms to people and our planet.
I offer support to my clients and apply the psychoanalytic approach to understand clients' needs and motivations in life. Counseling contains a dialogue, focuses on empathy, and depends on what a client requires: working through traumatic experiences, reducing psychosomatic symptoms, establishing healthy relationships with others, or developing skills to survive difficult life events or crises.
