I am a Psychologist from Ukraine, now living in Estonia. Since 2020 I've been specialising in the area of disordered eating, helping clients stop diet-binge-guilt cycle and recover healthy relationships with food, and their bodies.

I own a Master's degree in Psychology and am a Certified Nutritionist (Precision Nutrition, ISSA).

I have my own history of an eating disorder and recovery through psychotherapy, so I can relate to the struggle my clients are going through.
