About me
After receiving my master's degree I have had over 5 years of clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. As a young professional I think my strengths are openness and genuine curiosity.
In our sessions I will listen to you and ask you questions to understand the problems thoroughly. We will conceptualize the issues you are facing, make a plan to create change and work together to consistently put it to action.
It can be hard for people who don't speak the language to navigate the mental health system in Estonia. Whether you are an expat or a local who doesn't speak or prefers not to speak in Estonian - I am happy to answer any questions. If necessary I can refer you to local English speaking psychiatrists and/or mental health nurses who I personally know to be of quality.
