I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience working with adults, adolescents, and young adults facing emotional, relational, and adjustment difficulties. My work takes place in a professional, confidential, and carefully structured online setting, where the therapeutic relationship is based on respect, clarity, and collaboration. My professional background includes training in experiential psychotherapy and hypnotherapy at an autonomous practitioner level, complemented by additional education in psychosomatics, psychotrauma, and traumatic stress. I have experience working with complex emotional situations and vulnerability, which has shaped a careful, ethical, and grounded way of practicing psychotherapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms, emotional regulation difficulties, relational issues, loss, trauma, and psychosomatic manifestations. I also support adolescents and young adults during periods of transition, identity exploration, and adaptation. In my work, I value depth, stability, and realistic therapeutic goals, offering a space where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported without pressure to change faster than they are ready for.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, humanistic, and trauma-informed. I focus on creating emotional safety and a stable therapeutic relationship before engaging in deeper exploratory or processing work. I believe meaningful change occurs gradually, through understanding, regulation, and integration, rather than through rapid or forced interventions. I adapt my work to each client’s pace, needs, and capacities, paying close attention to emotional experience, relational patterns, and the impact of life history on present functioning. When appropriate, I integrate experiential and body-aware elements to support emotional regulation and mind–body awareness, always within a clear and ethical framework. Sessions with me are collaborative and reflective. Clients are not pushed toward specific outcomes, but supported in developing insight, resilience, and practical ways of relating differently to themselves and their experiences. My role is to offer structure, containment, and professional guidance, while respecting each person’s autonomy and inner rhythm
