I am an experienced Trauma-informed therapist living in Devon. My life experiences have shaped my work in bereavement, trauma, and PTSD. I experienced a traumatic childhood that has shaped my work with a deep understanding of developmental trauma and the impact of this on life patterns and behaviour.
I am able to offer a non-judgmental, empathic
and safe space to explore what you bring in short or long term therapy. I bring an integrative approach, an openness to creativity and a deep understanding.

I work from an integrative perspective Gestalt, Transpersonal, person- centred exploring disconnected parts of self within my work to re-establish a greater sense of well-being. I work with maladaptive schemas to enable clients to understand behaviours and roots of development trauma. I have experience of working with C-PTSD exploring at client pace with psych-educational tools to enable the client to understand the neurobiological impacts of trauma. I work in a deeply relational capacity.
