Responsibility Coach | EMCC Accredited | ACT & Positive Psychology Practitioner Something in life feels unclear: what you want, who you are, where you're going. The work is finding clarity & taking responsibility for it.
I am a Ukrainian coach based in Tbilisi, Georgia, with nearly six years of experience and over 950 individual coaching sessions. I hold EMCC Practitioner accreditation, am an Accredited Responsibility Coach through Christopher Avery's Responsibility Process®, and am currently completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London.
Most of my clients arrive not in crisis, but with something quietly unresolved — a sense that their life, their relationships, or their direction isn't quite right, and they don't yet know what they actually want instead. The work begins there: finding genuine clarity, building the intention to choose it, and taking full responsibility for that choice — without blame, without justification, without waiting for the right conditions. That clarity takes courage and real skill. We work on both.
As a Ukrainian living in Georgia myself, I know something about rebuilding a sense of direction in a new context. I work with English and Ukrainian-speaking clients — online internationally and in person in Tbilisi — and I'm well placed to support expats navigating transitions alongside anyone questioning where they are and where they want to go.
The work has a shape. It starts with clarity — often the most neglected step — because you can't genuinely choose a direction you haven't identified yet. We spend real time there, separating what you actually want from what you've assumed you should want. Once there's clarity, we work on the intention to choose it fully, not just understand it. Then comes the harder part: taking responsibility without blame, without excuses, without waiting. That step requires courage and real skill. We build both.
Three evidence-based frameworks carry this process. The Responsibility Process® maps precisely how people move from blame and obligation toward genuine accountability. It's specific and honest in the most useful way. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) builds psychological flexibility: the ability to act on what matters even when it's uncomfortable, to stop fighting your internal experience and start moving. Positive Psychology grounds the work in what you're building — your strengths, your values, what a well-lived life actually looks like for you specifically.
I don't work as the person with the answers. I bring structure, evidence-based tools, and a willingness to name what I notice — including what might be easier not to look at. The way I think about it: we're each on our own mountain. I bring my perspective on your journey; you know your terrain. Sessions are structured enough to make real progress, open enough to follow what actually needs attention.
I have almost 6 years of coaching experience, working with individuals and groups to build clarity, self-confidence, and intentional, values-driven action. I have conducted 950+ individual coaching sessions and led group coaching programs for over a year, supporting clients in personal growth, female empowerment, life transitions, and stress management.
I have also facilitated a variety of trainings, webinars, and workshops for diverse audiences, combining mindset coaching, ACT, positive psychology, and the Responsibility Process® to create practical, impactful learning experiences.
Alongside my professional experience, I am currently pursuing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, have completed the Positive Psychology Specialisation with Martin Seligman, hold accreditation in responsibility coaching, and am an EMCC-accredited coach. This foundation informs a structured, evidence-based approach to client work while keeping it warm, practical, and transformative.
