I work in Gestalt, this is a phenomenological approach, I will pay attention to various phenomena and ask questions about your feelings, thoughts, fantasies. Sometimes I will suggest "gestalt experiments" - these are a kind of various exercises aimed at revealing hidden, unconscious feelings and emotions.
