About me

I am a psychologist with a specialization in clinical psychology and international experience supporting people through moments of change, difficulty, and personal growth.

My goal is to offer not just a space to talk, but a calm and compassionate environment where you can feel truly seen, breathe more easily, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. What defines my work is sensitivity and commitment in every therapeutic process.

I have worked in hospitals with patients affected by chronic illnesses, especially cancer, as well as in associations and private practice. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the different stages of life and the many ways in which pain, resilience, and the capacity for change can manifest.

I am trilingual (Spanish, French, and English), which allows me to accompany people from diverse cultures and contexts, including expatriates who may be facing the emotional complexity of adapting to a new culture, feelings of disconnection, or the challenge of rebuilding identity far from home.

I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety, and depression. My work focuses on exploring emotions and strengthening coping skills. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining evidence-based therapies (CBT, IPT) with expressive techniques such as art therapy, always tailored to your individual needs and pace.
