Regarding my therapeutic style, I believe that no single approach is sufficient on its own. Therefore, I integrate methods and techniques from various therapeutic models, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Schema-Focused Therapy (SFT).
Furthermore, I believe that every individual carries a unique story that deserves to be heard and acknowledged. Regardless of the methodology used, my therapeutic approach is always grounded in empathy.
