About me

I am a psychologist passionate about supporting people in navigating emotional challenges, strengthening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My work is grounded in the belief that emotional wellbeing isn’t about “fixing” what’s wrong, but about reconnecting with your inner resources, values, and strengths—even when life feels overwhelming or stuck. Having been born in Romania and lived in countries like India, France, and The Netherlands, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to therapy. I deeply respect the uniqueness of each person’s story, background, and identity, and I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. My therapeutic style is collaborative, infused with humor, authenticity, and deep care.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Schema therapyRecommended for those who want to break out of negative patterns or "schemas" that they developed early in life and keep repeating.
Trauma Informed CareRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.
In therapy, I offer a supportive and respectful space for you to explore what’s been holding you back and to reconnect with your inner strengths and values. My approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and collaboration, using evidence-based methods tailored to your unique needs. I believe that meaningful change is possible when we feel seen, safe, and empowered to better understand ourselves. I specialize in Schema Therapy and trauma-informed care, working with clients to identify and shift deep-rooted emotional patterns that may be affecting relationships, self-worth, or day-to-day wellbeing. Our work together focuses not just on coping, but on healing at a deeper level—so that you can live with greater clarity, freedom, and self-trust. My experience includes working with a wide range of challenges such as relationship and intimacy issues, anxiety and panic, OCD, depression, burnout, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions and grief and loss. I also support clients in areas of personal development, breaking lifelong unhelpful patterns, and navigating life with ADHD or Autism, always within a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive space.
