Hello, and welcome. I’m a counselling psychologist and trainee systemic psychotherapist passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and nurture healthier relationships.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Sheffield University. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, families, and adults in a variety of settings including schools, community centers, and international organizations.
I have experience supporting individuals through both individual and group sessions, helping them manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. My work focuses on creating safe and supportive spaces where people can express themselves freely, heal from difficult experiences, and reconnect with their strengths.
I enjoy working creatively and collaboratively, often integrating play therapy techniques when supporting children, and using talk therapy and systemic approaches when working with families and adults. I’ve also facilitated workshops for young people on emotional wellbeing, sexuality, and relationships, with the aim of promoting self-awareness, confidence, and acceptance.
My therapeutic approach is empathetic, flexible, and culturally sensitive. I draw on elements of systemic psychotherapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed care to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Whether you’re facing stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I aim to support you in finding clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
