About me

In therapy, we focus on understanding patterns more deeply - not just reducing symptoms - but exploring what keeps them going and how meaningful change can happen.

My work often includes:
- anxiety and emotional difficulties (when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, going through the same thing over and over again)
- relationships that are draining or follow the same patterns
- addictions, with a particular focus on gambling and behavioral addictions

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Thessaloniki, a graduate of Aristotle University, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology of Addictions and Psychosocial Problems.
I have over 20 years of clinical experience across educational settings, healthcare organisations, and addiction services.

In recent years, I have developed a particular focus on supporting individuals whose lives are affected by gambling and other behavioral addictions — an area where change can feel especially difficult, but also deeply possible with the right support.

You are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session and see if we are a good fit with no pressure or obligation.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
My approach is based on person-centered and existential therapy, but in practice it focuses on something simple: understanding your experience in the present and finding ways to move forward that actually feel meaningful to you.
In our work together, we don’t just look at symptoms — we try to understand what lies behind them and how they connect to your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Therapy is a collaborative process. We work at your pace, focusing on “here and now”, while gradually building the awareness and skills that can lead to small but meaningful changes over time.

Rather than following a rigid method, I adapt the process to your needs — helping you develop a clearer understanding of yourself and a more stable way of dealing with challenges in your life.
