Hello, I am Giouli!
I was born and raised in Greece, and I have also lived and worked in the UK and Portugal. The different working experiences and trainings I've received shaped my capacity to work with people with an international and migrational background.
In my practice, one of my main concerns is to provide a space of comfort and trust, where the person can bring in their own time and pace, the issues they feel that troubles them. Any material the person brings can be processed and have transformative results for one's life. People can bring whatever they find important, such thoughts, memories, fantasies, dreams, images, sensationss, past and current relationships, events & life transitions.
Psychotherapy sessions are structured in a 50 min time frame, with a suggested rythm of once per week. The duration of psychotherapy depends on your goals and what we may find on this journey, that it make it important for us to continue to explore.
