About me
My name is Mariepi Gourzoulidou, and I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, as well as a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology (MA). I am also undergoing training in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Center for Systemic Studies and Therapy in Thessaloniki and have completed programs related to mental health in childhood and adolescence. In the past, I have worked in a rehabilitation center and an elderly care facility. Currently, I work as a psychologist for an international company, conducting individual sessions, group sessions, and psychoeducation for employees. The approach I follow is primarily systemic, focusing on the interactions and relationships between the systems we belong to.

As a systemic psychotherapist, my focus is on the interconnectedness of individuals within their families, relationships, and broader social contexts. I believe that understanding the dynamics and patterns within these systems is key to addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. My work involves helping clients gain insight into how their relationships and environments influence their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through a collaborative process, we work together to identify and shift unhelpful patterns, ultimately fostering greater self-awareness and improved well-being.
