I'm originally from Lebanon and now based in France. For the past seven years, I’ve been working as a therapist, supporting people through challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, burnout, personality-related struggles, and relationship difficulties. Honestly, what drives me most in this work is simply that I care (deeply) about the people I work with and what they’re going through.
I offer therapy in English, French, and Arabic and I’ve worked in different countries and settings. I’ve seen how powerful it can be to feel truly understood, especially in a language you are comfortable in and within your cultural background. That’s why I try as much as possible to bring a multicultural, person-centered approach to every session. Over time, I’ve also come to realize that while the details & cultural context of our lives may differ, so many of our struggles (and what we’re striving for underneath them) are essentially human and often very similar.
Many people come to sessions trying to make sense of what they are going through, wondering : why is this happening? where is this coming from? That reflection is important, and I can help you explore those questions. But insight alone isn’t always enough. At some point, most people also ask me: okay, what do I do with this? That’s why I also bring structure and practical tools to our sessions. With a background in cognitive-behavioral therapies, I work collaboratively with you to develop concrete strategies you can use in everyday life to support change.
Most importantly, I believe that being truly seen and heard, without judgment, is one of the most healing experiences we can have. My aim is to co-build that safe space with you.
